Progress report

Today was the day. It marked the end of two months with my trainer and the first time on the scale since I started my routine with her. Here are the stats:

10.5 lbs lost
4.1% body fat lost
5.25" lost (2.5" around my hips/stomach)

Feeling really good today. Although I realize I still have a lot of work to do.

Any advice? What do you do to stay motivated when you have a big goal?

Great work Jenni! Keep the end goal in sight. My mom has been on a diet for the past year and has lost 62 pounds. I keep telling her how good she is looking and she always says, I'm not done yet. Great job, you're an inspiration.

Jenni, remember the slower it comes off the slower it goes back on! Also, find a pair of jeans, pants, shirt or something that you love/have that never fit quite like you wanted it to and try it on next time you weigh! I try not to pay too close attention to the scale but more to clothes/sizes. Maybe that will give you an extra boost to work hard in the next month or to simply stay on track.
Also, post a picture of yourself! We want to see how fab you look!
